Garland’s Accessory Line contains all that you need to complete the ultimate roof system. From rubber modified asphalt to rust-inhibiting primer- Garland has it all. 1. HPR™All-Temp Asphalt

HPRS™ All-Temp Asphalt is a high grade waterproofing and roofing laminate asphalt with a double advantage: an unusually high softening point and a correspondingly high penetration index. The high melting point gives HPR All-Temp firmness in the summer heat and the high penetration index gives it greater flexibility in cold winter temperatures. These characteristics make HPR All-Temp Asphalt ideal for climates with large temperature differentials. Please contact your local Garland Representative for specific application guidelines.

• Tight Specifications- Extremely low variance from batch to batch, meaning improved long-term performance.
• Versatile- HPR All-Temp Asphalt can be used as the bonding and waterproofing bitumen for all Garland Modified Bitumen Systems. It can also be used for flashings.

2. Garla-Prime

Garla-Prime is a non-fibered, quick drying, asphalt based roof primer. It is formulated from specially refined asphalt and top quality penetrating oils. Garla-Prime penetrates existing felts to form a tough, elastic bonding surface for Garland coatings. It can also be used to prime metal, masonry, and bare concrete roof decks. • Economical- Garla-Prime is formulated to provide maximum per gallon coverage.
• Provides Maximum Surface Adhesion- Garla-Prime ensures a long lasting, flexible bond between the existing roof surface and the Garland finishing material which serves as the weathercoat.
• Dries Quickly- Garla-Prime is formulated to dry tack-free within 30-40 minutes at 77°F.
• ASTM Compliance- Garla-Prime Exceeds all performance guidelines listed in ASTM D-41.

3. Garlastic

Garlastic is a high grade Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene (SEBS) modified roofing interply adhesive and waterproofing asphalt. It offers exceptionally high elongation properties to ensure greater flexibility at low ambient temperatures when compared to conventional roofing asphalts.

This unusual combination of broad performance benefits provides a polymer modified asphalt that is ideal for climates, which experience extreme temperature fluctuations. One of the major benefits of Garlastic is its extended product life.

System Features

• Adds Tensile Strength and Elongation Properties to Standard BUR Applications- Garlastic is greatly superior to conventional mopping asphalt. The elasticity provided by the addition of rubber elastomers allows the system to respond more positively to roof stresses. Garlastic also stays flexible for long periods of time and doesn’t degrade, as does conventional asphalt.
• Longer Life Cycle- Garlastic is formulated to last longer without cracking than conventional hot asphalt.

4. SkyGuard

SkyGuard is a covering for skylights and roof openings that complies with OSHA general standards. Featuring retaining bars made of high-strength extruded aluminum and a 4"x4" welded wire screen that is powder coated to prevent rusting, SkyGuard is designed to fit the outer frame of a skylight. • Safeguard Against Accidents- Provides an easy and efficient method of protecting workers, employees, or other individuals on the roof from accidental falls.
• Easy Installation- SkyGuard is compression mounted on the external framing of a skylight without any penetrations into the skylight.
• Upgrades Existing Skylights- As sky-lights age, their plastic domes become less capable of holding loads. This skylight protection system continues to allow current skylights to be used while upgrading them to meet OSHA standards.

5. Seal-Tite™

Seal-Tite sealant is a pourable urethane used for sealing pitch pans, which are one of the most common roof areas for water penetration. Seal-Tite sealant flows easily, thoroughly filling every irregularity and providing a long-term flexible seal. Due to its incredibly resilient properties, it outlasts all commonly-used tar or asphalt mastics. It is ideal as a proactive preventive maintenance solution for new roofs, as well as to repair existing roofs. Please contact your local Garland Representative for specific application guidelines.

6. Tuff-Stuff

Tuff-Stuff one-part polyurethane caulk ensures an effective bond between materials of similar or dissimilar surfaces. With its cartridge-style applicator, Tuff-Stuff sealant provides easy, one-part installation, with two-part performance. It can be used for expansion and control joints, tilt-up walls, copings, or any other place where two surfaces meet.
