Your Role as a Garland Representative:
The basic responsibility of the Garland Representative is to represent Garland to all customer accounts in a designated geographical territory.
As a Garland Representative, you are your own boss researching territories; planning and implementing strategies; and developing, expanding, and servicing a base of business. What makes this job unique is that you are not selling products--you are selling solutions to problems.
