Your Garland Select Contractor has a proven track record of performance in implementing high-performance solutions for the building envelope. Typically, every region serviced by Garland has three or four contractors, from among our wider network of certified contractors, who have agreed to provide quality, long-term supportive maintenance for our customers through the Dry Zone program.

No substitutions or changes unless pre-approved in writing by Garland and customer
Compliance with all wage- and safety- related local requirements
Compliance with all building code requirements
Provision of on-line invoicing
24/7 emergency response
Financial stability, including all necessary bonding and insurance
No sub-contracting without written consent of Garland
