Ohio State Term Schedule (Contract # 775564A)

The Ohio State Term Schedule is a multi-vendor contract, based off of the General Services Administration (GSA) contracts. State agencies are able to purchase goods and services with the assurance that the competitive bid process has been completed.

Another benefit of using the schedule is that agencies have the ability to award projects based on “Best Value” rather than lowest price. Best Value is based on system life, warranty, maintenance availability, past performance, and environmental/energy efficiency.

Texas Multiple Award Schedule (Contract # TXMAS-4-56030)

The Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) has established, as an alternative purchasing method, the use of Texas multiple award schedule (TXMAS) contracts that have been developed from contracts that have been competitively awarded by the federal government or any other governmental entity of any state. As the responsible federal entity, the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Supply Service awards Federal Supply Schedule contracts by competitive procurement procedures for more than 50 schedules that cover multiple commodities and services. The prices reflected on TXMAS schedule contracts are the most favored customer (MFC) prices and the maximum price allowable. A "best value" purchase can be made by following the TXMAS purchasing procedures.

California Multiple Award Schedule (Contract # 4-01-56-0006A)

CMAS contracts are established for information technology and non-information technology products and services that have been competitively assessed, negotiated, or bid primarily by the federal General Services Administration, but not exclusively. The contracts are structured to comply with California procurement codes, guidelines, and policies while providing for the highest level of contractual protection.

Public Contract Code (PCC) Sections 10290 et seq. and 12101.5 include approval for local government agencies to use CMAS for acquisition of products and services. PCC Sections 10298 and 10299 authorizes local government agencies and school districts to use CMAS and other Department of General Services agreements without competitive bidding. CMAS contracts include primarily the same products, services and prices as those included on the federal government's multiple award schedule program.
