1. Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C.

Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C. is a two component, V.O.C. compliant, pigmented epoxy coating. It demonstrates excellent flow and application properties for fill requirements of approximately 3 dry mills. Also, Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C. has exceptional abrasion resistance and a high gloss finish. It is designed to be used in high profile applications where the appearance of the floor is expected to be maintained. System Features

• Extreme High Gloss- The gloss level of Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C. is comparable to that of the best urethanes.
• Flow and Leveling- The flow and leveling qualities of Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C. add speed and simplicity to applications.
• Low Odor- At less than _ pounds of solvent per gallon, Perma-Coat C.R. V.O.C. complies with all V.O.C. regulations.

2. Perma-Build HB V.O.C.

Perma-Build HB V.O.C. is a two component, high build, V.O.C. compliant, clear, 100% solids, moisture insensitive, epoxy coating. It is formulated as a medium build floor coating, designed to be applied at builds of up to 30 mils. Perma-Build HB V.O.C. can also be used as a binder for decorative quartz or vinyl chip systems. System Features

• Moisture Insensitive- Perma-Build HB V.O.C. is a moisture insensitive formulation designed to be water spot resistant in 24 hours.
• Clarity- Perma-Build HB V.O.C. can be applied in a clear coat or pigmented with excellent color retention.
• Flow and Leveling- The flow characteristics at 100 square feet per gallon will leave a smooth, self leveled floor coating.

3. Perma-Top Resurfacer

Perma-Top Resurfacer is Garland’s unique three component, V.O.C. compliant, 100% epoxy/aggregate floor topping. It is primarily designed for power trowel applications. Perma-Top is used as a resurfacer for heavy traffic areas, forklift traffic and high volume production areas. Please contact your local Garland Representative for specific application guidelines.

System Features

• Impact Resistant- Perma-Top has extremely high impact resistance and compressive strength allowing it to withstand the heaviest traffic.
• V.O.C. Compliant- Perma-Top is a solvent free product, permitting its use anywhere a non-flammable, odorless product is required.

4. Floor-Loc V.O.C.

Floor-Loc is a high performance, two component, V.O.C. compliant, polyester/aliphatic polyurethane coating available in a variety of colors. It’s unique formulation provides both excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.

System Features

• Chemical Resistant – Floor-Loc will stand up to a variety of oils, solvents and acids.
• Abrasion Resistant – Floor-Loc’s flexibility adds to its abrasion resistance.
