Every Garland-manufactured product begins with raw materials of the highest quality. Our product line includes over 200 different products representing various combinations of reinforcement materials, surfacing materials, polymer components, and specific additives such as fire retardants, fibers, and fillers. These raw materials are provided through long-term partnerships with material suppliers who are as committed to quality as we are. With degreed scientists on staff, Garland tests and tracks all shipments to make certain they meet our stringent specification requirements prior to being incorporated into our manufacturing process. To ensure the predictable manufacture of high-performance, long-lasting products, our multi-million dollar production facilities use state-of-the-art microprocessor controls that provide flexible, accurate quality control management for optimum roof-top performance.

Our structural standing seam products achieve high-strength performance through a 16-stage roll-forming process, which is capable of fabricating a wide range of highly engineered shapes and profiles.

Many design choices are available for both structural and architectural panels, which can be fabricated in a variety of metals and textures. A flexible equipment design enables panel-size adjustments to three distinct widths. Standing seam products can be straight, tapered, or curved down to the tightest radius in our industry.

Our advanced roll-form production line manufactures structural standing seam panels to meet ASTM 1592/1648/1680 and FM 4471 guidelines. Garland flat-seam insulated steel metal systems meet or exceed those standards applicable to low-slope performance. We also fabricate a full line of architectural and hybrid roof systems, architectural wall panels, and soffits.
