Description
Seal-A-Pore V.O.C is a silicone emulsion designed to dampproof above grade masonry surfaces. It contains a silane/siloxane silicone blend that provides water repellency by chemically reacting with the substrate. Seal-A-Pore VOC is designed to penetrate deeply into brick and mortar - producing a hydrophobic treatment that inhibits water absorption. It coats the tiny pores in brick and mortar, yet allows the passageways to remain open. Seal-A-Pore VOC also allows water already in the masonry to egress to the outside.

- Improves and Preserves Building Appearance - Seal-A-Pore VOC does not change masonry appearance. It is self-cleaning; dirt and grime wash off during rainstorms. Seal-A-Pore VOC minimizes masonry staining, flaking and temporary discoloration caused by absorbed moisture.
