Description

Black-Knight/Black-Stallion Primer is a quick drying, coal tar roof primer and conditioner for surfaces that can be difficult to adhere to or that can be only marginally cleaned. The Primer provides a good bonding surface over metal, concrete and masonry surfaces and existing coal tar membranes/felts prior to repairs and maintenance.
