The high percentage of SBS rubber in HPR Torch Base provides superior puncture and abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance, UV protection, heat resistance, elongation, and low-temperature flexibility. The 110-mil base sheet is as thick as two plies of Type IV glass in hot asphalt, eliminating the need for a 2-ply underlayment.
