OptiMax®/FR Mineral

Polyurethane-modified asphalt-based roof membrane designed to extend roof life.

The OptiMax membrane was developed with innovative technology that combines asphalt and polyurethane to create the most durable and longest-lasting modified membrane on the market. Garland’s ground-breaking modification process involves chemically locking the urethane to the asphalt. This chemical link prevents the oils within the membrane from “cooking out” over time, as is common with traditional modified membranes.

NOTE: Only to be used in two-ply configurations.
