StressPly® / FR Mineral

High-strength, puncture and fatigue resistant, SBS rubber modified roofing membrane used as the top component of a multi-ply roof system.

StressPly’s dual layers of fiberglass scrim combined with a blend of SBS polymers provide long-term resistance to splits and tears. The factory-applied coating of reflective granules eliminates the need to flood coat and gravel or aluminize the membrane's surface, allowing the project to be completed more quickly and creating substantial savings in labor costs. StressPly FR Mineral contains a fire retardant which is added to the compound during the manufacturing process.
