R-Mer Ply

R-Mer Ply is an innovative roof termination/flashing system. This system is a combination of Garland's StressPly® IV Modified Bitumen factory bonded to a galvalume steel flashing, metal edge, or expansion joint component. The steel formed portion provides an aesthetically attractive surface to meet the requirements of the most severe climates while the flexible membrane assures that the entire assembly can be installed easily and conveniently to any type of composite roof membrane without concern for leaks or periodic maintenance.

System Features

• The installation sensitive detail of bonding a metal edge, expansion joint, or flashing to a modified or built-up roof system is taken out of the field and done in an environmentally controlled factory
• Allows for one warranty and one source of responsibility when the manufacturer of the roof edge system is also the manufacturer of the field of the roof
• All components are custom made-to-order for design flexibility
• Metal edge systems are Factory Mutual approved
