VersiPly
VersiPly is a high strength, puncture and fatigue resistant, rubber modified roofing membrane used as the primary waterproofing component of a modified built-up roof system. Consisting of two layers of fiberglass scrim sandwiched by a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) rubber asphalt mixture, the VersiPly membrane provides exceptional tensile strength, low temperature flexibility and elongation. This membrane comes in various thickness (40, 60, 80 or 135 mil) and has smooth or mineral surfaced sheet to achieve specific performance requirements. All VersiPly products offer a cost-effective alternative for applications prone to thermal-related expansion and contraction. Please contact your local Garland representative for application guidelines.
