You expressly warrant and represent that you have the legal authority to request Leak Response Repair Services ("Services") on behalf of the organization paying for such Services and to bind the organization for the payment of such Services up to the Authorized Amount.

You expressly authorize The Garland Company, Inc. to disclose project-specific data to contractors and engage third-party contractors within its authorized network.

You acknowledge and understand that service delivery is subject to logistical variables including geographical constraints, weather, and contractor availability.
