Night-Lock is a flexible, solvent-free, quick-setting, night tie-in foam sealant—the unique formulation results in a foam with a weatherproof "skin" that is secured almost immediately. Application is quick and easy since no expensive specialty pumps or spray rigs are required, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Night-Lock is intended for temporary tie-in locations between new roof covers and existing roof systems. Night-Lock replaces asphalt mastics and bitumens or less reliable porous surface foams by providing a clean, secure seal for overnight waterproofing protection.

Method	Description
Cartridge (Bag-in-Box)	First, snap off the tip from the dual component mixing head and keep for re-use. Attach a mixing nozzle to the threading mixing head. Then place the cartridge into the appropriate dual component applicator (Caution: Sealant should be dispensed immediately after loading the cartridge into the dispensing tool to prevent sealant from foaming and curing in the mixing tip.) Apply some Night-Lock to a sacrificial surface first to verify product mixes properly in the mixing tip. Ensuring that the surface at the temporary tie-in location is dry, clean and prepared for the next step, apply Nigh-Lock directly to the substrate. Apply continuous bead (minimum 3/4" width) approximately 1-1/2" from where the roof cover's leading edge will fall. As the sealant is being applied, immediately place the edge of the roof cover into the wet material. Using a roller on the outside edge of the roof cover, ensure positive contact with the substrate and create a sufficient "bleed out" of sealer. Night-Lock will expand and seal the leading edge of the roof cover. To apply unused material at a later date, simply plug the cartridge with the provided snap-off tip and use a new mixing nozzle
