Participants will learn about recent building code adoptions and definitions as it relates to roofing and the building envelope. The impact code revisions have on reroofing projects will be discussed as will specific code requirements related to wind uplift, gravel aggregate, drainage, reroofing, insulation and air barriers. Participants will also gain knowledge of the role building and energy codes play in the design of buildings.
