KEE-Lock™ Spatter Spray

KEE-Lock Spatter Spray is a two-component, low-rise, solvent-free, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no high Global Warming Potential (GWP) propellants. This adhesive dispenses quickly and cures in minutes providing an immediate tight bond and labor savings. KEE-Lock Spatter Spray is packaged in dual pressurized canisters and dispensed utilizing a disposable adhesive applicator assembly and twenty-five-foot hoses. This product is approved for use in all US and Canadian markets that regulate ozone-depleting substances.

Strong, Consistent Bond

KEE-Lock Spatter Spray spreads evenly across the substrate, allowing more of the cap sheet to bond compared to a traditional ribbon pattern. The foamed adhesive will appear as a homogenous light amber color and beings to bond instantly.

Labor Savings

Apply up to 24 squares per set using our propriety dual-purpose static mixer, disposable adhesive applicator, and 25-foot hoses, KEE-Lock Spatter Spray. With a skin time as low as 5-8 minutes in standard conditions, KEE-Lock Spatter Spray bonds fast.

KEE-Lock Spatter Spray has VOCs less than 50 g/l per 2-component canister set. This product is approved for use in all US and Canadian markets where ozone-depleting substances are regulated.
