LiquiTec FG is an extremely low-odor, fluid-applied waterproofing flashing membrane designed to be installed on vertical flashing components of a Garland roof restoration. This two-component, 100% solids, aliphatic polyurea has a higher viscosity, allowing it to be applied in thicker applications on vertical substrates to help resist sagging. LiquiTec FG can easily be applied by brush or roller.

Minimal odor with no VOCs, this restoration system is ideal for sensitive applications like hospitals, schools, and any other structures where occupants are present. This two component product provides faster curing, and rain resistance, promoting more efficient installations.

Tough Seamless Membrane

Cures to an extremely tough and resilient membrane that forms a barrier against hail, foot traffic, wind scour, and other impact that commonly damages roofs. It seals existing roof membrane seams where roof leaks and other damage can occur.

Can be used to seal laps/seams, make spot repairs, or restore entire roofing flashing systems. Its outstanding waterproofing protection is ideal for low-slope roofing projects.
