KEE-Stone Unreinforced Detail Roll is a 60-mil, 24-inch wide unreinforced thermoplastic membrane enhanced with ELVALOY™ HP. This unique Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) formula creates a material with superior durability and flexibility. KEE-Stone Unreinforced Detail Roll is intended for field wrapping unusual shaped roof penetrations, flashing pipes, scuppers, inside/outside corners or other details where a pre-molded accessory is not an ideal use in the KEE-Stone membrane or flashing system.

Method	Description
Cold-Applied	Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, or other contaminants that could interfere with adhesion and/or heat welding. Cut the KEE-Stone Unreinforced Detail Roll to the desired size and use as needed for your application. Use of this product will depend on several factors including design of the roof, flashing designs, curbs, walls and installer preference.

Robust Formulation

The KEE-Stone thermoplastic compound contains at least 50 percent ELVALOY™ HP by polymer weight with no added liquid plasticizers, creating a membrane with superior long-term weatherability. KEE-Stone’s formula enhances the performance compared to standard PVC by making it flexible. Utilization of the KEE polymer as a solid plasticizer prevents plasticizer migration that is often seen in PVC membranes leading to a more stable and durable composition.

KEE-Stone’s KEE compound provides remarkable elongation and unmatched low-temperature flexibility in both warm and cold climates. Maintaining low-temperature flexibility down to -60°F (-51°C), KEE-Stone Unreinforced Detail Roll can withstand stresses while conforming to irregular surfaces and shapes, accommodating complex detailing.
